But did I try something new? Nah. This is a delicious couscous recipe that I found on a French website that I've made several times now (recipe here - in French), yum! Each time I make it, it takes about 4 hours, but I'm getting a little bit better at it.
Vegetables sautéed...
After 3 or 4 hours of simmering in lamb, vegetables, and spices, the broth is tasty!
We splurged on this copper pot right after we got married - the "couscousier" - and it was so worth it. The veggies and meat brew in the bottom part, and the holes in the top part of the pot (right where the two pots "meet" in the middle) let up all of the steam to cook the couscous grains that are at the top.
